My perfect match would be authentic, like themselves, likes to laugh, sense of humor is a must and happy in their career. He must also be compassionate, spontaneous, attentive, ambitious, affectionate and has family values. To me, the keys to healthy relationships are being able to learn and grow from one another, healthy conversation, and mutual respect. I will treat my "match" fairly, based on their own merits, not on the "baggage" of my past and I'd like to think I am given that same advantage. Three of the main qualities that I seek in a man, is "CAREER", "HONESTY" and the ability to "COMMUNICATE". There is no such thing as what you did for me, ONLY what we do for each other. My ideal man would be someone that is tired of playing games, does not live with his mother and knows what he wants both personally and professionally.
