I'm always trying to improve my spanish pero necesito un poco de ayuda. I exercise just enough to be able to eat what I please. I love good food, good music, a great Malbec and passionate people. I like to take extended vacations to places that most consider a bit dangerous, so I'm usually by myself. That I'd like to change. I'm not wild about places where Americans normally travel. Unlike most Americans I actually try my best to assimilate when I am visiting another country and it pleases me when people assume that I am not American. I am as happy travelling in the city as I am down on the farm and I love it when someone wants to teach me about something new or show me a new way to do something. I love political history with the possible exception of recent US political history. Ah for the good ol' days when all we had to worry about was who the President was sleeping with! I have a great appreciation for good humor...especially puns and parodies...and I laugh a lot.

My Ideal Person
I am always "on" and "in control" in my work, but that is not what I want in a relationship. I like surprises and I love it when I know that someone is thinking of me when they don't have to be. I am very physical and I want a hug every chance I get.

What someone does for a living is meaningless to me, but he should be passionate about it and do it well. You don't have to be rich, but you do have to be reasonably self-sufficient. No whiners!
