Hmmm ... Where does one begin ... Well, I am grounded, happy, and passionate in my personal life/career. I love to laugh, be silly, and not take life too seriously; as I work as a first responder to critical incidents and trauma as a Licensed Counselor. Conversely, I am responsible and successful, and really looking for friendship with guys as I just moved here and know few. Later, a serious relationship if we click. I grew up with 4 brothers so I am really comfortable with men. I love the Miami sun, water and weather. For play, I love Salsa dancing, finding fresh seafood restaurants, sailing, swimming, creating art on large canvas, and walking on the beach--especially by moonlight. I love the ocean and escaping to tropical islands as much as possible. I am British, (Breton, Celtic), so I have Pagan ways.
Traveling the world, learning new cultures, and exploring ancient sites, is my absolute passion next to expressing creativity. I have no kids, but I have nephews and nieces whom I adore in England. I am very affectionate; completely faithful when committed, (don't like to share my man), and not afraid to express my feelings when in love, or "in like." I relax by watching movies at home, or reading. Passionate about music, I love the beat of Reggaeton, The Smiths, Depeche Mode, Classical and etherial/celtic, (Sarah McLaughlin).
I ran a part-time private practice before I moved here, but I want to use that time to build friendship and/or a serious relationship. I am an artist and love to create large canvases with oils/acrylics, so I suppose I am a deep thinker, but I am logical and outgoing. Aquarian I am afraid! I think if you don't keep your inner child alive, and see the newness and beauty of life and nature as a child would, you can become cynical and boring.
P.S. For you younger guys .. I am young in looks, mind, body, soul, and love to be silly and have fun. Most guess my age @ 38, or a bit younger, which is a nice affirmation. My Ideal Person:
Integral, smart, cute, playful, fit, and loving. I am looking for friendship first with a man as young as 30 to say 50 max, who will show affection and respect; is honest, loves what he does, cares about others, and reasonably successful.
I am not materialistic, but I care about him being stable financially. I like to take things slow, to get to know you, and I am also interested in meeting guys as friends. The man I seek should like to explore life, be inquisitive, intelligent, and hold interesting conversations, as well as be an experienced and attentive lover. Must love to kiss.
For you younger guys, I am interested in you if you are mature, intelligent and cute, of course. If you've never entered into a friendship/relationship with an "older than you" woman, ask your friends who have, before dismissing the idea. My past friends/lovers tell me that they grew spiritually, -the age difference made it sweeter. Please don't confuse the latter statement with arrogance, or that I have all the answers--I don't, and I always discover and learn from others, no matter their age.
